The idea of eating clean took me 24 years to get it. I've always considered myself as a normal weight person and I was pretty happy with that until the day my bf woke me up. Since then I've been thinking how the hell I could rid of my weights. I've tried it in every possible unhealtyh way. Tried to eat almost nothing for a day and made myself happy for couple of hours until I faint. I've tried to stay awake during the nights and eat nothing even though when I was starwing and on the next day sleeping all day long so I could eat only 2 times in a day and that would make me skinnier Aha!!! So thank god at some point I started to think a little bit more logical and realized that actually all I need to do change my routines and it'll be all OK. I had also some middle serious health issues before I started to follow this healthy eating lifestyle rules and now they all are gone. What I do is actually no hard. I eat like 5 times in a day(I count the snacks as well even when I eat an apple, that does count.) I wake up early and sleep early. Go for a walk in the mornings right after I wake up for hour and half. And try too keep all those junkfood away from my life. Of course that is something I'm not %100 successfull on yet but we'll come to that. So here you can find out how I live my life lately, what I like, what I don't and I'm gonna try to show'em all in an artistic way with taking pictures of things. Mostly, the things will be the plates I prepare for myself . I don't believe in recipes. Usually I cook very casual. I check the fridge, see what I have and try to make something good out of it. I like music, cooking lately instagram like crazy and bowls&mugs... So if it is ever gonna be possible you want me to buy a present please make it bowls or mugs... ;)
and this little cutty hier is the motto of my life. I like to eat, like to travel and with those plus with my love I can be happy for a lifetime. ;)
